Our Fam had an OMG moment this week when we partied around the Jalepeno, Parmesan and Smoked Gouda/Pepper cheeses with a bowl of crackers... everyone kept bumping into one another while dipping!

It's obvious these lil' tubs o'cheese are crafted with care... the rich flavors are outstanding... we're going back for more.

I picked up your jalapeno pimento cheese and some homemade rolls for dinner from SoVa Makers Market. Most excellent! I’m pretty sure the cheese won’t last the night. Hot enough that I want to stop for a minute but then it fades quickly and I want more. Leaves a nice little afterburn for a memory in the roof of my mouth. Please let me know if you ever go public. Buying stock is going to be the best option for my new addiction.
